LOST MOMENTS

We often think of the New Year as a new beginning - an opportunity to start afresh. However, New Year's Day was just another day - and, anyway, most New Year's Resolutions only last a few weeks. What you must realise is that every single day - in fact, every single moment - offers you a once-in-a-lifetime fresh start. You can change your life starting now - whenever now is - assuming that you know how to focus your mind moment to moment. Therein lies the secret to effortless happiness and success - regardless of what day of the year it is!

A moment lost in the depths of depression is a moment lost. A moment's anger, a moment's fear or anxiety, a moment's regret - these are moments wasted. Each moment that you long for things to come, each moment spent contemplating what might have been, each moment lost in wishing that you could be someone else - these are moments squandered.

Our life is lived in moments. The moments lost, wasted or squandered will never come our way again. And regretting the waste or loss of such moments is, in itself, a waste of even more precious moments. Stop wasting your time and start living.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS
