It only takes a moment for your life to change. You’ve experienced this already in your life. The moment you spot the ad for the job you really want – the twinkle in the eye of a stranger who becomes someone special – a chance meeting in a bar that changes the course of your career – the death of a loved one. Our lives are in a constant state of flux every moment of every day – nothing stays constant. Quantum physics tells us that everything vibrates in and out of existence all of the time. Everything arises and passes on. Unfortunately, psychology tells us that “normal” people simply do not notice. Studies indicate that normal people pay as little as 1% attention to the present moment. But your life is simply made up of present moments. How will you spot the opportunity? How will you be alert to the possibilities of the moment? How can you be, if you’re normal? Wake up – the only state of mind worth being in is one that is clear and alert to the experience of this moment and all that it has to offer. Every moment, you have the choice – be alert or be normal. This choice is made for normal people by their past-focused subconscious mind. Be abnormal – pay attention to the present moment. See it, feel it, hear it, smell it, taste it. |
