It's never to late to start having a wonderful day. So, no matter how bad things are going (or how bad you think they're going), stop now to kickstart your day.

Take five minutes to notice and observe your surroundings and feelings. Turn off the noise in your head - it's your own choice and your decision.

Whether you're aware of it or not, and unless you are extraordinarily mindful, you're life is stuck in a repetitive spiral. And, it's not spiralling out of control, it already is out of your control. In short, your heavily programmed subconscious is running your life on automatic. And, because it's subconscious, you are, in fact, not aware of it.

Only one thing will break the vicious circle - and that is for you to become aware. Awareness begins with the small... a bird singing, a fellow commuter yawning, your posture on the chair, the feeling on anxiety. Being aware of where you are and how you're feeling is the key to undoing the damage that your subconscious has been inflicting on you (remember, even if you think you're doing well, you've only scratched the surface of just how wonderful life can be).

Awareness is the key to both happiness and success and, surprise surprise, it comes naturally to those who practice it daily!
