I reckon that it will take you about ten minutes to cover everything that is in this morning's Ezine.
In those ten minutes you might just realise the significance of what your own mind is doing to you. And, more importantly, how you could, with just a little action on your part, have your mind working for you rather than against you.
Start with the video - it's about five minutes long. Then read this morning's Reflection. And, finally, cast your eye over this morning's article. They all hang together.
Of course, if you're really interested in taking the necessary (simple) steps to getting your mind working for you, you could take an hour os so to do the FREE online workshop Focus on Focus...
Whilst doing the post-production on this morning's video it dawned on me just how self-destructive our stored knowledge can be. Look around you - listen. Worry, anxiety, negative talk... our attitudes, demeanour and behaviour are all the result of our stored knowledge - not the extrernal environment which is simply a passing challenge sent to try us.
And when we are tried we are found wanting - because our stored knowledge ensures that we're simply not up to the task. As normal people we're not up to rising above life's little challenges - because we haven't embraced the one challenge that will enable us stroll through all others... the challenge of mastering our own mind.
Life is what you make it. The normal default state of mind makes a mess of it. You, like every single one of us, have a choice. Are you up to making the right choice?
