THE DANGERS OF USING A HAMMER WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED!
It doesn't matter what you're doing. It doesn't matter who is attempting to annoy you or drag you into their drama. Just breathe. Focus on how it feels to be alive - and let all the other nonsense pass on by... it always does.

DON'T SUFFER ANYMORE

DON'T REACT - PLAY THE GAME
I had an interesting conversation earlier today with a client who has a lot to put up with. The person in question works for a bully. And there are plenty of bullies about... people who want to control you because it makes them feel better.
Think about it. If bullying makes the bully feel better, how does the bully feel in the first place? Obviously, the bully feels that he or she is lacking in some department and the result is the attempt at inflicting misery on those in his or her line of fire.
But, as my friend learned, a bully is powerless if you don't give them what they're looking for... your energy. If the bully's source of nourishment is cut off, if the bully has nothing to feast on, sooner or later, the bully will move on. Whilst waiting for that to happen, what you have to do, if you're the object of the bully at present, is simply bide your time, don't react, starve the bully and wait for the inevitable.
Everything in life passes. And many things in life amount to little more than a game - often a game of wits. With your head screwed firmly on you're best placed to play life's game to the very best of your ability. Leaving you free and easy for the most important things in life... enjoying yourself and being with those you love.

However, if you understand the importance of focusing on the now, and know how to do it, in coming to your senses, you'll understand the nonsense of worry. Read today's article in full...
